GIC team at Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group aims to unleash our colleagues’ collective brainpower and enable them to become intrapreneurs in the new retail ecosystem. Despite COVID-19, our colleagues have continued to leverage our Smart Learning APP for eLearning in 2020. We offer "online learning leave" to encourage self-engagement and upskilling to prepare them for the challenges ahead. To foster transparent and frequent communication, our management teams have been using livestreaming to meet and greet people globally. GIC has also rolled out various platforms including the Global Innovation Award, to enable our staff to voice out new ideas. To practise intrapreneurship, a new omni-channel retail tool named My SmartBiz was launched early this year for all staff to promote CTF products to their families, friends and customers via their social media network, and keep them connected during the lockdown. We have also welcomed over 40 undergraduates as e-Interns to work virtually for the first time since this June, to realise a more agile way of work and reverse mentorship.
