[Full] W2 - Dialogue Experience - Communicating without Words
CANTONESE
Workshop

The workshop will be delivered in a silent environment. Participants are challenged to let go of their familiar thought and behavioural patterns. Initially, they may find this difficult, frustrating and even overwhelming. However, through a series of carefully designed activities, participants will learn to adapt in the face of changes and express their ideas with body language and facial expressions. Participants will discover that silence can be exciting, fun and insightful. The benefits of the workshop as listed below are then re-enforced by debriefing, reflection and consolidation of learning.

  • Effective two-way communication, using the language that recipients could understand
  • To change and adapt, align with team members in the right mindset and action
  • To unleash unlimited potential and possibilities in a wordless environment
  • To think out of the box and be resourceful
